DownUnder Web Services provides hosting infrastructure for legitimate WordPress sites under the DownUnder WP brand. This policy defines what you may and may not do with your hosted resources.

Permitted Use

• - WordPress websites, blogs, and CMS-driven sites
• - Simple online stores and business sites
• - Personal portfolios and project sites
• - Non-profit and community websites
• - Development and staging environments

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension:

• - Malware or phishing - hosting malicious code, phishing pages, or attack tools
• - Spam - sending unsolicited email or operating spam infrastructure
• - Illegal content - hosting any content illegal under Australian law, including CSAM
• - Copyright infringement - distributing pirated software, media, or content
• - Cryptocurrency mining - using server resources for mining
• - DDoS or attacks - attacking other systems from your container
• - Resource abuse - consuming excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth that impacts other customers
• - Proxy or VPN services - operating open proxies or anonymisation services
• - Adult content - hosting pornographic or explicit material

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy, without prior notice. We cooperate with Australian law enforcement agencies as required by law.
